1. Scope
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed in nature. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity that acts in the exercise of its commercial or self-employed professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.
2. Contracting Party, Contract Conclusion, Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with Till Eidmann.
By listing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for those products. You may initially add our products to your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction options provided and explained during the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the products in your shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation by email.
3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text
The language(s) available for concluding the contract: German, English
We store the contract text and will send you the order data and our Terms and Conditions in text form. You can view the contract text in your customer login area.
4. Delivery Conditions
4.1 Shipping Costs Standard delivery is free of charge.
4.2 Delivery Options We ship products to the delivery address provided during the ordering process. We only deliver by shipping — collection in person is unfortunately not possible. We do not deliver to parcel lockers (Packstationen).
5. Payment
5.1 Prices The prices applicable at the time of the order apply. These are total prices and include the applicable statutory VAT.
5.2 Payment Methods The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:
Credit Card — You enter your credit card details during the ordering process. Your card will be charged immediately upon placing the order.
PayPal, PayPal Express — To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, log in with your credentials, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is processed by PayPal immediately after the order is placed. Further instructions are provided during the ordering process. PayPal may offer additional payment options to registered PayPal customers selected according to its own criteria. We have no influence over the offering of these options; any individually offered payment options concern your legal relationship with PayPal. Further information can be found in your PayPal account.
Invoice — The invoice amount is due within 14 days of receipt of the invoice and the goods, payable by bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice. We reserve the right to offer purchase on account only after a successful credit check.

7. Dispute Resolution
We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
