1. Cleanse the skin thoroughly and dry it completely.
2. Carefully remove the desired patch from the packaging.
3. Place the patch on the dry skin area and press it gently.

RETURNS:
If a product does not meet your expectations, you can easily return it to us. Please note that for hygienic reasons, we can only accept unopened and unused cosmetic items in perfect condition and in their original packaging. You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your products to us. Refunds are always automatically made to the payment method you used for the original purchase. As we are an exclusive online store, returns can only be made by post.

4. Refund: It usually takes 3-5 business days for your return to reach our warehouse. After successful inspection, we will refund the amount within 1-2 business days. Depending on the bank or payment provider, it may then take another 5-7 days for the money to appear in your account.
