DELIVERY:
Your order on esorapur.de will be lovingly packed and processed within 1–2 business days. The regular delivery time within the DACH region is 3–6 business days. Standard shipping costs a flat rate of €3.99.

RETURNS:
If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us without any problems. Please note that for hygienic reasons, we can only accept unopened and unused cosmetic items in perfect condition and in their original packaging. If your order included free goodies or samples, these must also be returned in the event of a complete return.

You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your products to us. The refund will always be automatically credited to the payment method you used for the original purchase. As we are an exclusive online store, returns can only be made by post.

Please follow these 4 simple steps to complete your return:

1. Register your return: Log in to your customer account or use our Register Return page to initiate your return. Alternatively, our customer service will be happy to assist you at any time.
2. Pack & Label: Print out the return label and stick it clearly visible on the outside of the package.
3. Drop off: Drop off the package at the appropriate post office and keep the proof of postage with the tracking number safe.

4. Refund: It usually takes 3–5 business days for your return to reach our warehouse. After successful inspection, we will refund the amount within 1–2 business days. Depending on the bank or payment provider, it may then take another 5–7 days for the money to be visible in your account.
