1. Position the wing stamp at the outer corner of your eye and press gently onto the skin.
2. Use the fine liner tip to draw a line along your lash line towards the stamp.
3. Repeat on the other side – the stamp ensures perfect symmetry.
4. If necessary, fill in the line with small strokes.
5. Let dry for 10 seconds – done.

RETURNS
Should a product not meet your expectations, you can easily return it to us. Please note that for hygienic reasons, we can only accept unopened and unused cosmetic items in perfect condition and in their original packaging. If your order included free goodies or samples, these must also be returned in the case of a complete return.
You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your products to us. Refunds are always automatically made to the payment method you used for the original purchase. Since we are an exclusive online store, returns can only be made by mail.

- Pack & Label: Print the return label and stick it clearly visible on the outside of the package.
- Drop off: Drop off the package at the corresponding post office and keep the proof of postage with the tracking number safe.
- Refund: It usually takes 3–5 business days for your return to reach our warehouse. After a successful inspection, we will refund the amount within 1–2 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may then take another 5–7 days for the money to appear in your account.
